Yes I have checked that and they all have Full Access as far as the Agronomist Object is concerned.
At least my workaround is doing the job for now so it is not a show stopper.

Looked through the XML code and found this in the FromEmailAddress attribute: ErrorResolved.jpg So removed the attribute direct from the tree as per your suggestion and then I was able to re-create it successfully as a new attribute.
