Minor revision - not working in IE 9, working in IE 10. My process seems very similar to Pete's.

anyone figure out a solution? my users are getting this using forgotten password in FireFox, IE, and Safari - process works in Chrome.

Does this feature not work with test mode. Whn I encode this a link whihc includeds this '&testingMode=true' I get an invalid credentials. Same link encoded in normal mode works fine.
