Re: Error Loading Configurator
I thought I had this figured out, but it keeps coming back. Whenever this occurs we restart the Aware and Tomcat services on our server and then I usually reboot my computer. Today no luck with anything. I even uninstalled the ConfigTool from my computer and then reinstalled it but it still comes up...

Re: Error Loading Configurator
I restarted my computer and it works fine now.
So, obviously something is weird in my computer from one day to the next, that is breaking the connection, even though I close my configurator every time I am finished with it for the day.

Re: Error Loading Configurator
Ben,
We are running it as a service on our lan server. The server is not going into hibernation either.
What is really weird about is that another pc in the office can open it just fine.

Re: Error Loading Configurator
We did end up restarting the Aware IM server.
I still got the error right after the restart, but then about an hour later I tried it again and it worked.

Re: How to organise a query to allow date range.
Thanks Bob, I have been trying to get DISPLAY to work with the following: ENTER NEW QueryParts DISPLAY ResultsOfQueryParts WHERE Parts.ClientInternalID=QueryParts.ClientInternalID When I do that I get an error saying: rule " uses business object 'ResultsOfQueryParts' which has not been found The Res...

Re: Error Loading Configurator
The server properties are correctly set and this is running on our server, not over the internet or locally.
It actually has worked for the last 3 days without an issue but this morning it is doing the same thing.

Re: How to organise a query to allow date range.
Ben, I am just getting started with Aware so forgive me if this is a really newby question. I saw that paragraph in the user guide and thought it looked just like what I am trying to do. But, I am stuck somewhere. How do you get the resulting query to display after creating the search criteria and r...

Re: Error Loading Configurator
Ok, we are now really getting confused.
We decided to reset the server and now I can load the configurator just fine, but the other person in the office cannot and is getting the same error I was.

Import Issue
I found something interesting with an import I am running. I have a Customer Business object I am importing from a Magic app. The customer file has 41 fields in it. I created a Business Object that has exactly the same number of attributes with the exact same names. The exported files header has the...

Import pipe ('|') delimited file
I am new at using AwareIM so I am sure this is something I am overlooking, but I have run into something that seems odd to me. I am importing a pipe ( | ) delimited file that should bring in a little over 9000 records. However it is only bringing in a little over 1000 records. The reason that I am u...
