Something is screwy with that widget anyway... but most aware ppl would never see it since the widget height is only 6-7 rows of data. See the 1st obscured visible row on this screen? ya, their system is still screwed. here's what that test screen looked like.
This did not work for me:
config.config.height = 500;
config.config.itemHeight = 21;

I recently made about 8 imports, with reference fields, and using the "*" on a field and had no problems like you're describing.
It WAS helpful in one COMPLEX case to export some data so I saw what Aware was naming the references.

on that same page, you can see line-height=26 option.
playing around with that, i chose 21.

but i couldn't see a change in my dropdowns using your same format:
config.config.line-height=21;

can u make it work WITH the 500 option too?

Initial thoughts are that what you suggest is a good idea. 1) its faster [adding trim rules] than modifying a bunch of magic programs to make one long export field with TRIMS, etc. 2) that strategy would also work if you have a fixed length export given to you with no control over that format 3) If ...

A plain html <SELECT> tag can display a screenful of entries - and they are packed tighter than the Kendo dropdown.

because I think it only happens on the Mac version. Mark Bailey & I use Mac - who else? If you're on Windows, then your csv file stays put. Every time you import (on the mac via a process) it removes the file when done. So when you're doing a bunch of testing over and over, you have to keep the file...

I do have all my imports as pulldown options that start processes.

I think the Hover window is using the bootstrap option. Bootstrap allows position of it.
Seems like AIM is using bottom, and I'd like to use right.

Any ideas on overriding that?
