wish: import mapping wizard

For import of records, currently Aware requires that the source CSV file contains column headers to map each column to its corresponding Aware business object attribute.

Many other programs such as Act and FileMaker use a wizard-based approach that allows the user to map incoming columns to specific attributes.

Some also allow saving of named field maps, allowing for easier repetition of the import.

Using the Aware approach, every time a CSV file is to be imported, the CSV file needs to be edited by hand to add the required attribute mappings. This will be a problem for many of prospective users.
