Are you using DISPLAY LAYOUT in a process to open the new tab once you select a customer?Now, what I don't have a clue how to do, is to conditionally rename the quote tab so they don't all say "quote". It would be nice to say "Quote for: XXX".

I pictured that you would just open a new customer form in each new tab and quotes would be a reference attribute grid that would be in context of its parent customer.
If using Display Layout for each new tab, I believe you will need track the "active" customer tab.
