If you follow the examples in CRM, etc., concerning Logout action setting a user status to OFFLINE,
is it correct to say that this can NEVER be 100% correct, BECAUSE
if you just close your browser, then Aware will never log you out?
I have a user wondering why he can't rely on a screen which shows user Online/Offline status.
Does anyone use this as a reliable indicator of user status?
thx

Yes, that's correct. If they just close the browser Aware IM will eventually log them out after some timeout, but not immediately.
