Bugs:
- Drag and drop was enabled in trees even if a form was read only
- Apply Selection button in Access level editor didn't work properly for business objects
- A very rare bug in the rule engine
- Date control that mapped to the date attribute with "Take from locale" could not be used
- CREATE FOR EACH MONTH and YEAR were not inclusive
- A potential timing error when inserting HTML into a Word document

Improvements:
- Add dialog in service reply encoding shows attribute selection dialog
- "Started by" column added to the Active Processes list
