Prompt to specify a rule for calculated attribute

I thought it would be helpful for the system to prompt a user to specify a rule when a calculated attribute is created. It may be just a dialog box asking the user to choose if they create a new rule now or to do it later. Helpful but may not be high on the priorities list.
