configuration tool

We run awareim application on a server which is accessed from a client machine. I had a configuration tool on my computer but it got damaged. Where can I download a repalcement from?

Can you start the Configuration Tool from the command prompt and check the error message that it reports?

I suspect that you need to copy one more file (the new one) from the server machine to your local machine. The name of the file is:

looks-1.3.1.jar

If this doesn't help could you start the Configuration Tool from the command prompt? You need to start the prompt window, change to the bin directory of your Aware IM installation on your local machine and start the file "ClientStarter.bat". You will then be able to see the error message that it reports. Please tell me what the error is.
