Can more than two processes be running at the same time

I tried to start a staff and student update process at 2pm last night and only one of them ran. Before I get into the debugging, I want to make sure this is even possible or do I have to do them in sequence.

It should be possible in theory. If it doesn't work try slighlty different times.
