Where to Get Product ID

Can someone please advise how I can get the Product ID to validate my purchase after the Trail has expired.

I can display the About as described but no Product ID is displayed.

You have to click on the About at the right side of the "Aware IM Control Panel", not the About at the top left of your screen.

That is exactly where I am clicking.

The Product ID field is blank. :-(

If your trial has expired you should be getting "License invalid or expired for product id..." message when you start Aware IM. This message should be displayed in red in the Control Panel. Please send this product id to [email protected] and we'll send you the license key.
