Help with Error Message

Just wondering if anyone might be able to give me a tip on how to fix the
following error please?

Server encountered an exception Error altering reference tables 'DROP TABLE' cannot be performed on 'BASTESTDOMAINTESTSAFETYSYSTEM_ENTITIES_REF' because it does not exist.

You have some inconsistency between a BSV and the database - don't know why. If you don't care about testing data try to put version under test with "No initial data". This should rebuild the tables.

Alternatively, you can try creating the table with this name manually, but you can have other similar problems further down the line.
