SOPA Apple GSX connection

I'm trying to discover the services on this URL
https://gsxwsit.apple.com/wsdl/amAsp/gsx-amAsp.wsdl

and the result is:
Specified provider does not offer any suitable services

AwareIM support, can you take a look on the above URL and confirm that format is incompatible or something?

Can I add this services manually?

Please help, this is very important for us.
Without this integration, customer won't buy a license from you and development service from us.

I would be very grateful if you could help me.

When I try to discover services Aware IM replay is:
Unable to parse WSDL file Connection refused

Is it possible that this service required authentication to perform discovery?

and as Aware IM support mention in this post:

Aware IM doesn't support that kind of a service?

I added authentication service manually but it doesn't work.
I named it authenticateRequest, but result in log viewer is:
Service provider returned the following error: Service authenticateRequest was not found

also I tried name "authenticate" and result is:
java.lang.Exception: Service authenticate was not found
