►FR◄ Report Designer - display band only on first page

Hi,

This is a feature request in Report Designer, in fact 2 in 1:

1. Add a new section which is displayed only on first page, but under the "Page Header" band.
2. "Column header" band to have a check-box option, to be displayed only on first page.

I have this scenario:
Report with Page Header on each page, but I have a content table which have to be displayed only on first page.
