Hi,
I mentioned AwareIM to an interstate colleague the other day and suggested they download the v9 trial and have a look.
When they did the install, nothing happened. I suggested they look at the system console, and it had a message: Application does not have an active window. Exception in Thread-3.
Would anyone have any thoughts on what the issue might be?

Was there anything else there? What do you mean "nothing happened"? What exactly did they do? Can you please describe the whole thing in more detail?
