Import Issue

I found something interesting with an import I am running.

I have a Customer Business object I am importing from a Magic app. The customer file has 41 fields in it.

I created a Business Object that has exactly the same number of attributes with the exact same names.

The exported files header has the column names as "Customer.Name","Customer.CustomerNumber","etc...

The weird part:
When I create an Import template it only reads the first 30 columns and the field names do not map. I have to select them.

However, if I just do a straight import, without the template, everything matches and all 41 columns are imported and all records are imported.

Any thoughts on that?
