Add new rule small bug

There appears to be a bug in the RULE form. If you bring up the EDIT or ADD RULE form and click on the Textual Form and then Click on the Section of the screen where you can start typing your rule.

The Context Assitant pops up without having to touch the <F3>. Which I believe having to touch the <F3> is a good idea.

Not only does it popup when not wanted but if you try and type anything more than one line with it in place you can't see what your typing.
It doesn't move with the lines your typing so it covers up everything.

You can press ESC key to key rid of the Context Assistant if you don't want it there. This is not a bug, but rather Context Assistant being too omnipresent at times.
