Bug fixeds:
- Presentation rules with display format could not be specified at the form level
- Presentation rules with display format didn't quite work properly
- Slider control could cause an unnecessary "Save changes..." message
- A fix the previous build introduced a problem (checking for last rule in a process)
- New version of Javamail jar supplied that fixes the "Could not convert socket to TLS" problem
- Tooltip for an operation was not translated
- Subtle problem with session objects
