Naming in New Tab

I have a query that opens a form in a new tab. The tab title is set to a custom value. i.e. p-<<Prospect.FullName>>



If I have 10 different places the form is opened, I need to edit 10 different new tab settings to get the tab name.
If I want to change the tab title naming convention, I need to keep track of all the places I open the form to edit all 10 places.

Can we get a default naming set up somewhere?

Setting other default values would be nice too.

Also when I have a form opened in a new tab with the correct tab name, I can open another form in the same panel.
When I close the 2nd form which will take me back to the first form, the Tab name defaults back to the BO Name.

I would like the tab to stay the same name.
