I've encountered an issue which I think is feeding into something else I'm attempting.
Why is it that sometimes I have a query displaying a bunch of attributes but some of the columns are blank. Yet if I click on one of the objects, I can see there is something under that object?
Case in point:
I have a query showing ReceivedEmails. The FromAddress field shows the email addresses. The ToAddress field is blank. Yet when I open it, there are emails under the ToAddress attributes? They are both plain text attributes so I don't see why one displays and not the other.
I reckon this is feeding into my rule that uses the IncomingEmail.ToAddress. This rule just never fires. Is it because these attributes are somehow invisible?
Please help. Off to drown in coffee now.
