Calendar events were not colored correctly
“Load on demand” flag for grouped queries didn't work for objects persisted externally
Multiple fixes to 'load on demand'
1. using with SQL Server had problems
2. grouping on timestamp didn't work properly
3. dynamic grouping displayed wrong group header template
4. presentation and item rules could cause problems
grouped query implemented as stored procedures didn't work
display of the report first page was slightly wrong
Toolbar dialog on a Mac was messed up
