LDAP Help... please...

I'm trying to get LDAP working for authentication into the buisness space. I'm not sure what feilds and stuff to use. Does anyone have step by instructions? The videos I found show how to setup LDAP, as a database source but not how to leverage it as a Authentication method. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe If I could look at someones buisness space that has LDAP authentication running I could get it figured out.

http://www.awareim.com/product-options/ implies you need an additional option to enable LDAP?
AWS Linux, Windows Server, AIM 8.4 & 8.6
