The easiest thing to do is import the BSV and gen the test data and then I've documented each tab along the way.
I'm posting the final image here with the crux of the problem.
Support always wants a BSV to show the issue, so I had to make one anyway.


1. generate data (menu)
2. Show header (menu), then [Edit w/Bugs]
issues explained on each tab.
