Hi Group,
I wanted to write a ticket system where if I forward an email to one specific email account, the whole email will be stored to the ticket system with the subject line of the email as heading of the ticket with new ticket#. Can someone suggest what database field type can be used to store the full email content including any attachment to the email or any picture attached to the email? I am using awareim 8.5 with MariaDB.

The CRM handles incoming emails. Check that example.
Attachments would be a child multiple table.
